The house is offered with an extended package, which includes:

– facade
– roofing
– windows and front doors
– internal walls
– roof heating
– second floor cover with 22mm osb floor.
It is possible to increase the area of the project.
The house is designed to be built on slab or strip foundations, but it is also possible to put it on screw piles (+ €5300 + VAT).
